How to Cook Your Life King of Kong : THIS IS THE BEST MOVIE I'VE SEEN ALL YEAR Sicko December Boys The Darjeeling Limited The Dark Knight Dragon Wars (haha...) My Kid Could Paint That In the Shadow of the Moon
Last Saturday we went to Brigham's soccer game. Unfortunately, I wasn't exactly dressed for the occasion (thanks for the teal sweats Mallory). I thought we were just going to be helping my dad move to his new apartment. We had a great time anyway. Brigham always requests to be a fullback or whatever because the ball never comes to his side of the field so he doesn't have to run very much. Ah, to be a lazy kid again.
Our 5 day trip to California for Labor Day was all I had dreamed of. Sushi, movies, laziness, sleepovers, BBQs, swimming...what else could I ask for (The Ullmans I suppose)? Unfortunately I was uninspired to capture most of the trip through photographs. Maybe I was just too lazy. Or perhaps I didn't want to be in any photos. It was silly nonetheless and I regret not taking more pictures. Hopefully we'll be back soon and I will be Whitney: Photographer Extrordanaire. However, our nephew Parker got a hold of the camera and took about 50 pictures while we were waiting to be seated at Macaroni Grill (barf). A small percentage of these photos are included above. P.S. I apologize for the poor quality of the Hamberlin-Hall breakfast photos.
Scott and I spent friday night in Park City with the Harris family, livin it up in the hot tub and enjoying reduced-calorie snacks. Tessa's grandpa had an extra night reserved at a little condo/hotel place. Unbeknownst to us, the "two-bedroom" condo was actually a master w/ a king and an enlarged closet (minus a door) w/ bunkbeds. Scott and I slept on the bunk beds. I like Park City and plan to return soon.
