My dream come true would be guest starring on Top Chef or Iron Chef as a judge. I swear I would be so entertaining! I'd say really smart things and be sassy. I want so badly to eat the food created on these shows. I watch week after week with glands salivating, hoping that someday I'll taste food of that caliber. Moving to San Francisco definitely moves me toward this dream, not being on a cooking show, but at least eating amazing food. The best meal I've ever eaten was at the Tree Room and I died over every morsel of the 5 course meal (thanks Jon Jon). Doesn't my appreciation for food deserve to be fed?! Come on!

I'm right there with you.. I would kill to be a judge on Iron Chef. Just think.. we could also mention the nutritional value of the dishes!

yum, i too wish i could be a guest judge on iron chef. some of the things they make look so amazingly delicious. i can't believe you and scott are really moving to san fran. we need to get together before you two take off. maybe we can visit you when you're gone.
yes, i could totally see you being a really entertaining judge. my all-time favorite judging comment made on iron chef was when the main ingredient was frozen peas and some girl said that she could really taste the "pea-ness" in the dish. the funny part is, she didn't even realize how bad it sounded.
