Treats with Amy

On Saturday we finally made our way to our friend Amy's "new" apartment in the city. By "new", I mean she moved there a year ago and we've been meaning to see her place since but never got around to it. I blame being pregnant. :) After taking the grand tour of her impressive rooms (and huge closet...jealous) we walked to Ghirardelli Square for some treats.

Start them young, that's our philosophy. He ate the whole thing on the walk home. I swear.

To quote Scott, "I'm just taking it in".

The lovely Amy.

Yes, it was the best chocolate ice cream ever.

Cuddle time. It was a chilly, overcast day.

This is what you look like when your eyebrows are so blonde that they are invisible to the naked eye.

Aunt Nancy gets credit for the owl beanie. Great Christmas gift.

Thanks for a really great Saturday afternoon, Amy. We'd love to hang out with you again soon. Perhaps next time we can take Jones to see the robot man at the pier. Maybe he'll even pick up a street trade while we're there and start pulling his weight in this family.

Tell me about it! We're going to make sure Lucy is capable of mowing the lawn and pulling weeds this summer. Either that, or she's moving out.

As always, Jones is adorable. :)
