Cabin Fever

Spending the weekend indoors because Jones and I are sick and disgusting was not our idea of celebrating the first snow of the season. So I forced Scott to take us outside for a few minutes today so we could breathe in some fresh air and frolic in the snow. It was as refreshing as I had hoped it would be and I can't wait to do it again. Maybe next time we'll have our own sled and we won't have to "borrow" one that happens to be sitting out by the mailboxes.

May this photo stand as proof to my father that I do in fact own a warm coat and a pair of winter boots. I know he's always worried that I'm going to run around in flip flops all winter like I did at BYU.

It's okay to force feed your child snow, right? Because I think it was clean. Pretty sure.

How could I leave out the festive Chinese baby come to bring us holiday cheer and good luck?

Sad to hear that you and Jones have been sick. But then again, I am glad that you were able to get outside for a little while. I hope that you all get feeling better soon!
