Life has settled. We're working stiffs and I miss my California (and Oregon) friends...you know who you are. Courtney is pregnant and we're trying to plan a trip back home during Labor Day weekend. I can't think of anything new thats happening with the Scott and I...so I've decided to share a Day in the Life of ME. Vain, I know, but Sherri has requested more posts and I'm all blank. Besides, its time to expose lazy Whitney for who she really is, despite the consequences.
7:50 AM- Consider getting out of bed to go for a walk.
8:05 AM- Actually get out of bed and follow Scott into the kitchen for some cereal.
8:10 AM- Watch Scott eat a bowl of 40% cereal and 60% milk (try to convince husband that this ratio is incorrect) and read ESPN magazine.
8:20 AM- Watch some Seinfeld.
8:30 AM- Help Scott pack his lunch.
8:45 AM- Say goodbye to husband and lock door.
8:47 AM- Watch more Seinfeld (if new movie rental is in the house, Seinfeld is substituted for DVD Special Features).
9:30 AM- Possibly make some calls to health coach clients.
10:00 AM- Possibly shower.
10:50 AM- Drive to work.
11:00 AM- See what spoiled children are doing.
11:05 AM- Say hello to dog Winston.
11:10 AM- First of four attempts to get spoiled 15 year old out of bed.
11:25 AM- Look into homework assignments (notoriously uncompleted) due for the day.
11:50 AM- Leave late to tutoring session.
SPEND TIME WITH CHILDREN DOING THINGS
OF LITTLE IMPORTANCE BUT OF GREAT FRUSTRATION.
CONSIDER QUITTING AT LEAST TWICE.

SPEND TIME WITH CHILDREN DOING THINGS
OF LITTLE IMPORTANCE BUT OF GREAT FRUSTRATION.
CONSIDER QUITTING AT LEAST TWICE.
1:00 PM- Daydream about having a cool job.
2:00 PM- Chat with Mallory.
2:30 PM- Dislike spoiled 12 year old as he tells his friend I'm a freak/weirdo.
3:00 PM- Talk to husband.
3:30 PM- Try with little success to get spoiled 15 year old to do his homework. Wind up fielding complaints regarding a sore back, lack of sleep, and inability to concentrate.
3:35 PM- Disregard insults from 15 year old regarding my meanness.
3:40 PM- Listen with little patience to stories about "shredding slopes" and brief encounters with pro skiers.
6:00 PM- Go home immediately.
6:10 PM- Wonder what to make for dinner and tidy up home.
6:15 PM- Work with health clients/ Wait for husband.
FROM HERE, THE EVENING BRANCHES INTO A FEW POSSIBILITIES.
WHATEVER TRANSPIRES, ITS THE BEST PART OF THE DAY.
a) Cook dinner. Walk to Blockbuster with husband for a new movie.
b) Visit friends/family.
c) Go to the movies.
*Note: this represents a typical day and does not account for miscellaneous work and labor.

Hey... if you have free time over Labor Day weekend, I will be in town w/ Graham... :)
I love that framed wedding picture of your mom and dad...vintage, so adorable.
Your dubious hygiene habits revealed again! Aren't you so glad this isn't your life anymore? Less things of little importance but of great frustration, and more chatting with Mallory which is of great importance and little frustration.
